We had so much fun visiting everyone over the 4th of July holiday! This was our big trip for the Summer, and Sarah did SO well, and really enjoyed herself!
We left early Wednesday morning, (July 2nd), and arrived back home late Monday night, (July 7th), and almost every moment in between was filled with fun and wonderful memories!
Sarah got to meet Uncle Richard, Luisa, Barry, and also Garth, Judy, Kara and Kristen for the very first time, and had so many new experiences that it's hard to list them all!
We went out on Uncle Richard's boat on Lake Isabella, went bowling, saw the fireworks over Lake Isabella, played a LOT, and visited Garth and Judy in Exeter on our way home. Sarah was quite the little trooper on the long car rides, and hardly cried at all. The weather was almost perfect the whole time we were there too, and much less smoky than it is in Sacramento right now. She had fun on the boat, and especially liked playing in the water. (We also found out she likes to lick ice, and also chew on her life-vest.) The noise from the fireworks didn't bother her at all, and she even had fun watching everyone bowl. One of her favorite things was bouncing on everyone's knees, and just hanging out with everyone and playing with her toys!
